RCMP: The Gummy Bear Mystery

It looks like harmless candy, but B.C. RCMP say they've seen a new trend in drug trafficking of gummi bears laced with LSD.

"While the police don’t want to create panic, because most persons who would purchase such an item want it for personal use, they do want parents to be aware of the presence of these gummi bears in the Cranbrook area," police said in a release.
Greatest mystery crime Solving squad may be called in to help.
Police first became aware of the trend in the spring when, during a drug raid, they discovered a suspicious looking bag of gummi bears. The bears were sent to a lab for testing and results showed they contained Lysergic Acid Diethylamide (LSD).
