Survivor was developed in 1992, it as a reality based television show that has been produced in many countries with contestants playing games to outwit, outplay and outlast each other to secure the prize of one million.

Canadian politics has taken a turn for worse lately with the official opposition refusing to provide a responsible alternative in parliament to the policies of the Conservative led government since losing power in 2006.

We are reliant on a recovering Global economy. The Federal Government is moving forward on bringing more Free Trade deals with Europe and Bric countries. More experts are talking about the slow down in the United States economy and the possibility of a double dip. As the majority of our trade is North and South it will slow our recovery and may drag us back into a recession.

The BRIC are both the fastest growing and largest emerging markets economies. They account for almost three billion people, or just under half of the total population of the world. In recent times, the BRIC have also contributed to the majority of world GDP growth. According to various economists projections, it is only a matter of time before China becomes the biggest economy in the world - sometime between 2030 and 2050 seems the consensus. In fact, Goldman Sachs believe that by 2050 these will be the most important economies, relegating the US to fifth place. - Economy Watch

Free Trade Canada Panama Liberal Party Still Clueless

Approximately 73% of Canada’s average imports from Panama from 2005 to 2007 consisted of petroleum and bituminous fuel, both of which enter Canada duty-free. Agriculture or agri-food products, such as bananas, melons and coffee, represent other top imports from Panama.


August 11, 2009 our Prime Minister was busy signing a deal with President Ricardo Martinelli. Panama was one of the fastest-growing economies in the Americas in 2008 with a real GDP growth of 9.2 percent. Several infrastructure projects are expected to contribute to Panama’s future growth, including the US $5.3 billion expansion of the Panama Canal. Canadian merchandise exports to Panama totalled $127.9 million in 2008, up 48.1 percent from 2007

Between 2004 and 2008, Canadians will have spent $290 million on subsidies to federal political parties. If subsidies continue, either because of Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s reversal on the matter, or if a Liberal-NDP-Bloc Quebecois coalition takes power, Canadians will pay out another $260 million to parties between 2009 and 2013. NDP & Bloc: In need of Math Lesson

In Parliament the Bloc and NDP hold 85 seats. I can't remember any Free Trade Bill they have ever supported.  If you watch these two parties in Question Period they will suggest the environment, protecting Unions, union leaders, creating protectionist labour practices is the best method to advance protection including social justice.

Canada is a trading nation and it's 2/3 of it's GDP is based on that activity.

The NDP are repeatedly asked for a ANY free trade deal they have supported since the inception of Canada.

The New Democrats cite support of PSAC, The United Church, Canadian auto workers, B.C. Teachers Union. Why are these special interest groups demanding 85 seats hold up the C-2 Free Trade deal?

Do you hear these parties consistently attack human rights abuses we suspend trade with China? Those 123 miners and their families could sure use some socialist support from our those 85 members of parliament over unsafe mining practices for labour or use of coal production increasing carbon emmissions. Compare the Oilsands exports to the U.S. vs Coal production and imports to China. Which is worse?

When I watch the NDP and Bloc attack Columbia, Oilsands production I ask myself why single out such a small country, Alberta when we have much bigger polluters and human right offenders. Why the selective outrage?
