CBC pushes "fairness" to help Liberals

Anyone notice the CBC and the opposition parties raised a new meme to restrict pre-writ advertising because it would be "fairer" because the Liberals can't match the Conservatives in their fundraising activites?

When did the National broadcaster become concerned with "fairness" in Federal politics?
