How To Spin

The Media are desperate to write a narrative that the decline in the CPC is the result of the use of a mean, or dirty trick. The use of prorogue on December 30, 2009 has been front and centre until the Haitian crisis. I almost feel sorry for those in the media having to report on a real story instead of a manufactured issue. The MSM spent hundreds of hours, millions of dollars pushing the story and depicting the government as despotic for four weeks. They now refer to the new Poll numbers as a result of the decision to delay the sitting of parliament for 17 days. The media was not responsible in part for creating or manufacturing an issue? The media did not overhype the H1N1, "holy host" at a state funeral, torch relay, arriving 120 seconds behind other leaders for a photo of G8 leaders.

I am curious when they do statistics in Canada for our manufacturing base, do they now include our media?

"If general elections were held today, the Conservatives of Stephen Harper would get 35.6% of the votes while the Liberals Michael Ignatieff reap 33.9%. The NDP would come strong third with 16.4% and the Green party should be content with a meager 5.6%." La Presse

I already have given examples how the media have decided to "cherry pick" a polling date with the largest gap as the starting point. The Liberals were ahead of their worst showing in P.O.P. in over 150 years (General Election October 14, 2008) from Feb- Sept for seven months in 2009. The new normal for the Liberals has been the low 30's and went south to the Dion levels as the leader tried to force an election in the Fall. The recovery from that polling has been slow. The 15 point gap lasted approximately one month and slowly faded as threats for an uneccessary election faded from the lips of the Liberal party.

Are we to expect the Liberals strategists are sastified with polling in the low 30's, tied or within the M.O.E. with the party classified as "despotic" "corrupt", "undemocratic" for 2009, 2010?

This snap shot shows from September 10, 2009 through to February 02, 2010 -Canada News

Is this the "new normal" how much lower does the bar have to set for the Liberals?
"Even if the Conservatives enjoyed a lead of 10 percentage points in most of the last quarter of 2009, largely thanks to an economy stabilizes and the attempts of liberals to cause the elections, this has comfortable lead evaporated and they are now neck-and-neck with the Liberals. This became a habit among conservatives. Every time they forge a lead, they make mistakes and strategic support their fall, "said Mr. Nanos.-La Presse

Can you spot the Party in decline from 50% and can you see the Blue Line?
Voters have chosen to add the NDP, Greens instead of the Liberals as an alternative since 2004.

You have seen Conservative Reporter blog right?
Well, let's see how 'real facts' is tolerated by the public to the false facts the media created.

As we also conculded is that the media do not do their homework but rely on a 22 yeard old FACEBOOK without ever correcting the problem.
The 22 yr old got 'free' publicity to help her run as a candidate in the next campaign for the NDP. Free campaign and advertising(in a manner of speaking) for the LPOC is heard daily. Again another 'free' publicity.
Now that the NDP and the BLOC have signed the coalition with the LIBERALS, they too will get 'free publicity. None of these parties need not strain themselves in campaign financing. It is taken care of by the NATIONAL MEDIA.
Now here is the thing, since CR BLOG did a super job on the 'real facts' pertaining to the LPOC corruption, I suggest that this be shown in the FACEBOOK for the world to read. And since the National media like to read FACEBOOK then this should intrigue them very much to have discussions instead of pretending it never happened.
Do you really think that Tommy, DAN Matherson, FIFE, Mansbridge etc etc, will take great pains to do such a thing (discuss) like they did about the 22yrNDPer. NOT ON YOUR LIFETIME.
In that case CS, 'FACEBOOK' will do the job.
Remember, the world reads 'FACEBOOK'

For how long are the opposition parties and their media going to spin things until they are out of control? Until we have a 'real' DEMOCRATIC MEDIA.

The MSM is failing in their responsibility to "report" the news in a balanced manner.

The Throne Speech may contain signs in the next step in opening the airwaves for additional content competition.

I pray that we do and soon, for we cannot continue living under a 'dark' cloud perpetrated by the national media.

The Aghans did it and look where they are now: a new government(Karzai instead of the taliban) and a new media instead of the taliban ritual media).

Not here, we have a new governemnt conservatives yet we still have the liberals bedroom media around telling us how to think and vote just as Chavez's medias are doing.
So who wins in all of this: The Afghans.
CBC and CTV do not want any 'outside' media in this country, poking around; they want to keep us in the same way as Chavez's media does to his people: DARKNESS.

Take a look at Russ Campbell blog.

Mr Liberal insider Nanos doesn't tell the public that the Euro globalist base that controls Canada's media can manufacture any conservative issue into a blizzard. In fact for much of the past year they were desperate to do that with little success in fact. Showing how incompetent they really are. The proroguing business is a tempest in a tea pot, but it should not of even been allowed to happen in my opinion. The real question is this: what are we going to do about the media in this country as conservatives? We have to do something and we have to do it now. (real conservative)

I don't have a solution, the government has been active in the media outside Ottawa. Many of the regional papers and ethnic papers report with less bias.

The economy is turning around without the help of the opposition who seem to be interested in just adding programs and billions to our federal deficit.

The MP's just need to be active in the local community to address the issues of concern.

For the most party Politics is simply ignored until "election time" than we try figure out who would best lead us for the next few years.

The Big Government nanny state is popular in the the largest urban centres Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal. The strength for the socialists is around the unions and professional class who benefit with tax dollars funding their projects.

My only advice is to get the Have provinces to take the boots to the have nots and demand their pay their own way on the latest ideas.
