Mid Term Lessons & Latino Vote

Obama has time to recover but he will need to change course like Bill Clinton did in 1994 to save his Presidency from becoming a one term mandate. It will take cooperation and effort by both parties to lift the United States out of this economic maelstrom. The Democrats remain in control of the Senate. Will the Obama administration accept the spending cuts and tax cuts demanded by the mid term elections?
